Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to bring Brushe™ to your doorstep wherever you are.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in USA and Germany to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure speedy processing, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed. Returns are accepted after delivery for a full refund as per our return policy.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for your convenience and security.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Processing times may be longer during holidays and sale events.


How long does shipping take?

Typical delivery times range from 3-10 days depending on your location and customs processing.  If your order’s late, enjoy 10% off your next buy—our little way of making it right!


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us for a full refund or replacement.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Prices on our site are tax-exclusive in USD. For customers in the USA and the European Union (EU), orders shipped from our local warehouses are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes. However, VAT may apply within the EU according to local regulations. For international orders shipped outside these regions, import taxes, duties, and customs fees are your responsibility and vary by country.
